Bring your insurers, your agencies and your book into one place. How a brokerage signs up, gets approved and starts placing business.

A brokerage sits between insurers and the people who buy cover, often with agencies selling under it. BimaStack is built for that: your insurers’ products under your agreements with them, agencies selling them through you, products from insurers who aren’t on the platform yet, and your whole book in one place. Here’s how to register.
Step by step
1
Create your account
Your name, work email and a password, or sign up with Google or Microsoft.
We check every organisation before it goes live and email you the moment it’s approved. Your 7-day free trial starts then.

Connect your insurers and agencies
Agree terms with each insurer, then offer their products to the agencies that sell through you. Each agreement says which products, which terms and what commission.
Every insurer, one quote. Your staff and your clients see every insurer’s price side by side for the same answers, and buy in the same flow.
Selling through agencies. Offer your insurers’ products to agencies under your agreements, and see what they sell.
Insurers not on the platform yet. Keep their products and policies on BimaStack too, so your book is complete.
Your book, imported. Bring current policies, clients, claims and commission statements across from spreadsheets.
Roles and an audit trail. Every person gets only the access their role needs, and every security-relevant change is recorded.
Which plan?
Growing brokerages usually start on Premium (KES 15,000 a month + VAT): workflows, payments, claims, renewals and your branded storefront. Larger brokerages and MGAs choose Gold. Every plan starts with 7 days free, and there’s never a cut of your premiums. Compare plans.
